Individuals wishing to address the Board during a Regular Board meeting may do so by signing up in advance, either via the sign-up link below or by emailing the Superintendent, the Superintendent's Executive Aide, or the MSA Board Chair. Individuals can still sign up for public comment in-person at the meeting but must do so at least 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the meeting. Regular Board meetings may be held solely in person without virtual participation. For these meetings, persons wishing to make public comment will need to do so in person.
Public comment is not available during work sessions, closed sessions, committee or special board meetings. For more information on the procedure, please see Procedure 2000: Public Comments at Board Meetings.
Approved meeting minutes will be posted on BoardBook (below). After 12 months, meeting minutes will automatically be archived. Archived meeting minutes are available upon request by contacting Kim Barron at firstname.lastname@example.org.
